So, this was my very first time coming to this restaurant. I must say that I was very impressed. The ribs was amazing and tender. My wife had the chicken and pasta. Which was kinda bland on the taste buds. I will be back. Promise. Big s/o to the Cook Brandon for the tender Ribs. A to the very kind & helpful waitress Destiny & her Trainee Shelby. All 3 did an outstanding job. I truly appreciate them all.

We had a nice dinner here on my first night in SC. Our server Mika was friendly and took time to chat with us. The beer battered fries are a must try.

Had a GREAT dinner on our stop while traveling south to Florida. 2nd time here and every single person on staff was super friendly and very helpful!! They all went out of their way to make us welcome. Extra shout out to Shelby who was very polite, helpful and went over the top serving us. We had our service dog Kimber along, and she really treated her like family. Will certainly be back!

Went here to watch the game, and grab dinner. For the appetizer, I had the chicken buffalo dip. For the entree I had the Calabash Platter. The buffalo dip amazingly had the right amout of kick, I was really impressed! The service at the bar was very courteous! Great atmosphere to sit, and dine with family.

Hi. I'm Del or "Pop". I went back to this Carolina Ale House on Sunday, January 28th. Even better than the last time. The sound system is awesome! There are at least 28 big screen tvs. The bartenders, Matt & Nina, were exceptional! The food was perfect! The people were great! We went to Carolina Ale in Kingsley Town Center to watch the NFL playoffs on Saturday, January 20th. Excellent place! Good food & drinks. Good bartenders. Great atmosphere!

Shelby is an absolute gem at the Ale House. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She’s attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Her recommendations were spot on, and she handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude—even when the place got busy. It’s clear she’s a real asset to the team. If you’re heading to the Ale House, I hope you get lucky enough to have Shelby as your server. Top-tier service!

Most waitresses and waiters are mostly good at what they do. But, yesterday, I experienced an exceptionally great waitress and her name is Shelby. Shelby was so good to us. I was with a group of about 15 people and she handle it with ease. Just because of her kindness and hard work, I will be returning with different friends so they can experience what I did. Shelby even took a group picture of us. Shelby is a true definition of excellence.

We make yearly trips to South Carolina, and the Carolina Ale House is a stop we always make. We have been to this Ale house location numerous times, and I will say it's always consistently good. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff are always timely, polite and hardworking! We ordered Shrimp and Also the Chicken Zingers, and both were SOO GOOD Our neice ordered the garlic Parm wings and said they were the best wings she has had in Carolina thus far! My parents ordered a chicken salad and a chicken sandwich, and the salad was massive with generous portions of chicken, and the chicken sandwich was also pretty big and very juicy! Overall it was a fantastic dinner and we enjoyed coming to the Ale house as we always do! Will definitely be coming back!! If you haven't been to the Carolina Ale House (Especially the Kingsley location) I would try to get there the first chance you get.. You will NOT regret it!
